We created this page to document and share our journey with all of you. If you would like to donate, you can find our individual rider pages below.

Meet Joseph - armed with a repertoire of bad jokes, he keeps the team laughing while setting the pace and pushing boundaries with youthful zeal. He is known for excellence both in his punchlines and in his Excel sheets, where formulas are the only things more calculated than his comedic timing.

Our OG team member. Not only does he bring experience and wisdom, but he's also a brunch maestro, whipping up a mean spread. But beware, if you catch him whistling along to his favorite tune, that catchy melody will be your soundtrack for the rest of the day.

El capitan, Beca, is at the helm of our safety committee. With a high tolerance for shenanigans and a low tolerance for early morning wake-ups, she helps our team strike a balance of fun and caution.

We’re calling this new route “horse-power”, after it was pointed out that our path resembled a majestic horse galloping through the countryside (or more accurately a pony, we’ve been told!). We were joined by two special guests, Albert and Josh and completed 70km, our longest training ride so far.
Distance: 70km | Elevation: 743m | Avg Speed: 23.3km/h
On this morning we tackled some quad-burning hills, covering a total of 55km and an elevation gain of 563m. thankfully, we found the perfect coffee stop in Schomberg to recharge and enjoy some well-deserved treats before heading back for a nice, long, afternoon nap.
Distance: 55km | Elevation: 563m | Avg Speed: 23.7km/h
Our second training ride was filled with energy and progress. We covered a total of 45.5km at an average speed of 23.9km/h – a bit faster than our last ride. The team's dedication and investment in new glasses (see photo below) are paying off! We explored some scenic routes, including a few extra kilometers around Musselman's Lake, and were joined by our very special guest Mauricio.
Distance: 45.5km | Total Time: 1h 54m | Avg Speed: 23.9km/h
Sunny and 18 degrees in April?! Well, we lucked out and it felt amazing to finally get out on our bikes. Last Sunday, we had our first training ride of the season and took advantage of a beautiful weekend in Toronto.
We rode a total of 42.24km to Goodwood and we were joined by a special guest, Leorah, for our warm up ride. This is Leorah’s first season, and her presence definitely added to our motivation. And although he weather has cooled again, we’re not letting that dampen our spirits this week.
Distance: 42km | Total Time: 1h 58m | Avg Speed: 21.5km/h
This long weekend is a departure in our regular schedule, but the crew is keeping the activity up from wherever they are. Beca is in beautiful BC visiting friends and has logged a 18km leisurely ride along the Seawall, and a steep hike down Brandywine Falls en route to Whistler. Jacob has been putting in a solid 18km to and from work and Luis is keeping pace at the gym from Mexico. We’ll be back to our regularly scheduled Saturday morning rides next weekend and invite anyone to join in!
Luis was joined by very special friends from Team Erin, Ely and Morris, on a 59km ride through Stouffville while Beca got her steps in walking 12km around the city and Jacob was hard at work tuning up his new bike.
Distance: 59km | Time: 2h 40m | Avg Speed: 22.1km/h
27 degrees was a perfect way to kick-off the summer and de-frost our wheels. We came back to a delicious brunch prepared by Ingrid, Andrea, and Zoe!
Distance: 42km | Time: 1h 44m | Avg Speed: 24km/h
